Stephanie is a Global Mobility Associate at Shield GEO. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and subsequently from the University of Cincinnati College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. She became an Ohio licensed attorney in 2015. She has over three years of experience in employment law, and over two years of experience in human resources. She has previously worked in corporate roles within law and HR.
Stephanie thoroughly enjoys meeting and working with individuals and companies from around the world. She has travelled to several countries, and is particularly fond of history. Through her background in both law and human resources, Stephanie has developed the ability to effectively problem-solve, while also relating to clients on a personal level to ensure that their needs are met.
Stephanie prioritizes having clear and open communication with her clients. Her strong interpersonal skills, research abilities, and love for organization have enabled her to form strong working-relationships with her clients, as well as address and resolve difficult issues. She values honesty, and understands the complex needs that can be associated with global mobility.
Stephanie credits her ability to multi-task to becoming a mother of two young sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves home improvement projects and writing, and always has a project in the works!
